Job Overview

Join Senior Solutions (Senior Solutions At Home, Inc.) as a Caregiver in Georgetown, with a starting rate of $16.25/hour.

Always Best Care is looking for employees to provide home care services to clients. Duties vary per client and may include:

• Daily routine care (feeding, grooming, and bathing)
• Light shopping
• Light housekeeping
• Conversing with clients to provide assurance
• Meal preparation and clean up
• Reporting incidents, complaints, and concerns to the agency
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with seniors in a home setting preferred
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with different personality types
• Three references required
• Proof of clear TB/PPD test taken within the last year
• Must be able to pass a background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR certifications a plus

Physical demands may include transferring clients, standing for long periods, lifting more than 10lbs, and recurrent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.

Direct Care Workers work out of the client’s home, with no supervisory responsibility.
