The Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) position located at the Adams State Service Center’s Public Health Clinic will provide services such as comprehensive physical examinations and preventive health services and prescribe treatment and lab orders. Services may include tuberculosis prevention and control, child health, immunizations, adult health, and sexual and reproductive health. May participate in community vaccination clinics and disaster response.
Additionally, may also provide services at other locations in other counties to support operational needs.

- Provides or evaluates direct nursing care.
- Develops, implements and/or reviews nursing care plans.
- Provides health care instruction and guidance to individuals, families, community groups and/or nursing home facilities in the management of their health care needs.
- Maintains an effective working relationship with other members of the treatment team.
- Prepares and submits records, reports, evaluations and forms.
- Participates in and make recommendations regarding quality assurance activities.

This is a Casual/Seasonal position which is a non‑pension eligible position without healthcare and/or other benefits. This posting may be closed on or before 2/26/2026 upon filling the vacant position(s).
