The LPN will assist in developing recovery plans, monitor participants, supervise self-administration of medications, coordinate with families and community agencies, and ensure safety and compliance. Candidates must be Delaware-licensed LPN or in the Nursing Licensure Compact including DE; strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to travel locally.
