We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are a USA family‑owned and operated company.

• Motivated individuals with availability for a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Typical 4–5 day week with 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses onto vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focusing on improving customers’ lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience with tablet and mobile POS, and bed Match system.
• Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, enthusiasm, and enjoyment of interacting with customers.
