We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager / Technical Sales professional to join our growing team, supporting and developing key customers across the packaging manufacturing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry experience who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering value-added chemical solutions.

You'll take ownership of an established regional portfolio, working closely with production teams and technical contacts to provide expert guidance, develop new opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.

• Manage and develop relationships with key packaging manufacturers across your region
• Identify new business opportunities and support customers with tailored chemical solutions
• Provide technical advice, troubleshooting support, and process improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and delivery performance
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account plans

You'll be someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with commercial drive. You may already be working in a technical sales or business development role within the chemical, packaging, or wider manufacturing sector. Alternatively, you could be working in a production, process, or technical role and looking to move into a more customer-facing, commercial position.

• Proven experience in a technical sales, account management, process support, or customer-facing role within the packaging, paper, chemical, or manufacturing sectors
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and chemical applications
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory and workload

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field
• Experience supporting customers within the packaging industry
