Our Diesel Technicians maintain and repair medium and heavy duty vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality.

• Perform preventative maintenance with no supervision
• Perform routine truck repairs including: brake work, hydraulics, driveline, steering, suspension, electrical and transmission
• Perform advanced truck repairs including: fuel injection, electronics, emissions, major engine or transmission rebuilds
• Perform annual state vehicle inspections per regulatory guidelines
• Possess Class C certification
• Desire to grow and accelerate with the Company
• Good customer relations
• Must have a positive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an experienced mechanic
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
• Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
• Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
• Service medium duty and heavy-duty truck/trailer
• Brake work, wheel seal, and driveline repairs
• Air Conditioning work a plus

The daily work takes place in an area that can be noisy. The workspace can be gritty the majority of the time. Technicians are required to wear PPE as required, such as safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, etc.

The employee is required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, pull, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions including extreme heat & cold.
