. Kinsley's Steel Division seeks a talented and experienced foreman to provide site leadership, manage manpower and equipment planning, coordinate and supervise crews, ensure safety measures are adhered to, drive productivity, and meet project schedules.

• Ensure safety precautions are followed.
• Complete jobs on time and within budget.
• Hold a documented site safety meeting on a weekly basis.
• Create a three‑week look‑ahead schedule each week.
• Attend all on‑site project meetings (safety, quality, scheduling, production, etc.).
• Issue corrective action notices as required to enforce company and/or project guidelines and policies.
• Read specifications and blueprints to determine locations, quantities, and sizes of required materials.

• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Knowledge of proper rigging and signaling.
• Proficiency with transit, laser level, torpedo, torque guns, welders, gas‑supplied equipment, rigging, and components.
• Knowledge of AISC standards.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships.
