Sobieski New Homes is hiring a full‑time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic to perform quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction and to mentor HVAC helpers. • Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) or 5+ years of new‑home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outside in various weather conditions, and work from heights and in tight spaces
• Own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
