Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent accounting graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience.

• Process and maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Prepare sales invoices and journal entries.
• Set up and maintain customer and vendor accounts, including vendor banking information.
• Reconcile customer and vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end close activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.

• Proficiency in accounting practices.
• Experience with journal entries and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong reconciliation and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Audit knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 0-3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards is a plus.

The position is based in a manufacturing environment with cubicles, operating from 7-4 or 8-5, Monday through Friday. The role follows a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day remote. It is a collaborative and team-oriented environment with strong cross-functional interaction across finance, operations, and leadership teams.

This is a Permanent position based out of Georgetown, KY.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
