HR Director

At Walmart, the HR Director sits where finance, product, and operations collide, translating chaos into a plan people can fund. The appeal is layered — $114,000 - $173,000, an internship rhythm, business ownership, and a Walmart crew that backs bold calls.

• Own the math behind every HR Director promise made to a customer
• Establish reporting cadences that give stakeholders timely visibility
• Write the brief that turns a vague scrappy-but-steady ambition into a scoped project
• Own the cadence that turns Labor Relations reporting into Attention to Detail action
• Hold the line on scope when a business project starts sprawling

• The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
• Curiosity that outpaces your current job description
• Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level
• Calm under the outcome-focused chaos a director role tends to generate

Walmart is where curious, warm-yet-rigorous people come to build the future of business. Diverse perspectives make our business work sharper, and we deliberately seek them out.

With $114,000 - $173,000 as the anchor, expect mentorship, a benefits package worth bragging about, and the latitude to work remote-first.

The Walmart hiring team is moving on qualified applicants without delay.
