Skytouch Holdings of Georgetown LLC is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team in Georgetown, KY! • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Handle reservations, appointments, and scheduling as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
