We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Engineer to lead battery pack assembly information systems implementation, integration, and troubleshooting across production operations. This high‑impact role requires strong technical expertise, cross‑functional coordination, and the ability to support large‑scale manufacturing system deployments.

• Lead the information systems implementation process for Battery Pack Assembly in collaboration with site and global teams, focusing on network infrastructure, hardware interfacing, data collection, and server communication scripting.
• Modify information system specifications for vendor design, fabrication, and installation.
• Manage communication and coordination with Information Systems / One‑Tech, EDC, MDT, and various production working groups.
• Integrate information systems across production lines and processes, including Line Control, Battery Parts Selection, Traceability, and Production Andon.
• Create Information System Technology Notices for Battery Pack Production Engineering North America.
• Plan, monitor, and track project status for design, fabrication, installation, and confirmation activities.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve interlock issues between production lines and information systems during setup and trials.
• Provide instruction to equipment engineers regarding North American integration requirements.
• Travel frequently (domestic and international) and work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, OR an associate degree with equivalent technical experience (minimum 5 years).
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and multiple shifts to support tooling modifications and installations.
• Willingness to work 25% overtime, including 12‑hour shifts and shutdown periods.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• 10+ years of experience in Information systems and data collection (QIS, EDC, MDT).
• 10+ years of experience in Andon/Line Control systems including downtime event tracking and communication.
• 10+ years of experience in production equipment procurement, installation, and/or confirmation.
• 10+ years of experience in PLC programming (Toyopuc, Omron, Siemens).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office:
  Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams.

• 10 years of experience with Toyopuc PLC programming.
• 10 years of experience in Assembly, Body, or Powertrain Information Systems.
• 10 years of experience in quality information systems and traceability.
• 10 years of experience with Oracle/SQL Server database operations.
• Experience with field networks (Ethernet IP, FLnet, TCP/IP) and wireless network integration.
• Experience with serial protocol usage.
• Programming experience in C++, C#, Java, HTML, or Python.
• OSHA 10 certification.
