Manufacturing Engineer – Powertrain Casting

• Develop process plans for production lines within the powertrain department with direct support from the Manager.
• Mentor other engineers or technicians.
• Lead cost planning, budget creation, machine specification, procurement, validation, installation, pre‑production trials, and launch of production lines.
• Create and maintain detailed schedule and budget for the assigned area.
• Participate in and lead cross‑functional working groups across the local facility and corporate departments to achieve project goals.
• Perform construction and equipment installations.

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Mechanical.
• 5+ years experience needed.
• Experience with Toyota powertrain preferred.
• Mechanical background preferred.
• Experience in equipment specifications and implementation.
• Experience with design drawings.
• Experience running and installing equipment (engine manufacturing).

Bachelor’s degree needed, preferred in Mechanical.
