Overview
New Vista is a private, not-for-profit community mental health center based in Lexington, Kentucky, serving 17 counties with specialty programs across the state and typically serving over 25,000 adults and children. We are excited to announce that we have recently been awarded a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) grant and are looking for a Transportation Driver to join our Team.
The CCBHC will give New Vista the ability to incorporate primary care into our treatment model along with many other services like a rural Assertive Community Treatment team, enhanced crisis services and new outreach teams.
- Transport clients to and from services designated by the supervisor while maintaining safety for wheelchair and ambulatory passengers.
- Maintain documentation for trips as per organizational procedure, including pre and post trip inspections.
- Learn and follow all policies and procedures.
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete PM documentation for assigned vehicles.
- Keep assigned vehicles clean with no loose items in the passenger area.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Current Driver’s License.
