We’re hiring dependable, caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who want to make a meaningful impact every day.
What You’ll DoAs a DSP, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of those we serve by:
- Providing personal care, mobility support, and emotional encouragement
- Assisting with daily routines and living tasks
- Engaging residents in fun, therapeutic, and meaningful activities
- Building strong, trusting relationships with residents and families
- Ensuring a safe, dignified, and respectful living environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
