Night Audit - 3rd Shift part time (Holiday Inn Express Georgetown Ky)

• Provide guest check-in and check-out services and coordinate hotel services to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote hotel services, facilities and outlets; provide information on events/functions in the hotel and surrounding areas.
• Balance and audit the hotel's income and expenses for the current 24-hour period.
• Register guests promptly and courteously; use up-selling techniques to maximize room rates; assist with group check-ins/check-outs.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally; respond to guest requests or complaints and take appropriate action.
• Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction; use problem-solving to overcome objections and ensure high satisfaction.
• Prepare and transmit daily revenue reports and supporting documents (e.g., customer tracking, market segmentation, revenue reports).
• Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

• One year of hotel, customer service and/or accounting experience.
• Strong computer skills; ability to register guests and manage room charges; up-sell to maximize revenue.
• Excellent communication and guest-service attitude.
• Ability to handle guest requests quickly and effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required); hotel experience preferred.
