Sr. Benefits Specialist
This Sr. Benefits Specialist will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership on all benefits-related matters while helping drive the company's overall benefits strategy. On a daily basis, they will administer and support health, dental, vision, and other benefit programs, answer employee questions, resolve issues with vendors and providers, and ensure all benefits processes remain compliant with ACA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA, and other regulations.
The individual will manage the full leave of absence process, including medical, family, military, personal, and ADA-related leaves, while partnering with internal stakeholders to improve employee communication and engagement around benefits offerings. They will also analyze benefits data, conduct market benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses, maintain benefits documentation, and recommend enhancements that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
