UX​/UI Designer ZA

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who wants more than just button tweaks and templates. This is your chance to shape full-scale marketing agency delivery websites and marketing creative across industries—from airlines to eateries—and help build a growing design function in a company making bold moves in emerging markets. This is ideal for someone who is both creative and technically skilled. You know when to fixate on a border radius and when to push something live.

You’ll be responsible for designing visually impactful websites and marketing creative.

• Design modern, engaging, high-converting websites with a focus on UX/UI best practices
• Develop and launch fully functional websites based on approved designs
• Flex your branding and creative concept skills on conversion-driven campaigns, working collaboratively with our Graphic Designers
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to understand goals, gather feedback, and present work
• Translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into smart, beautiful digital experiences
• Maintain consistency across digital assets while pushing creative boundaries
• Open to troubleshooting web-specific issues and provide post-launch updates or support with the development team if needed

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and UX/UI design
• Able to visualise digital projects beyond just Figma with an eye for interactive animations
• Must have experience using Figma for wire framing, prototyping, and collaborative design
• Must have experience in building components in Figma
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, , etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to present work confidently to clients
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience working with developers to ensure beautiful designs translate well to real products
• Prior agency experience is a strong plus
• Proofreading skills are a bonus
