Role
Description:
Provide second-level end user support for computer systems (software, hardware) and equipment (printers, plotters, telecommunication devices). Troubleshoot problems, perform equipment repair and replacement. Support on-site conference meetings (video conference, web meetings).
Desired
Experience:
5 years.
Requirements/Must Have: Teamwork, technical ability to troubleshoot production hardware and/or software issues, ability to work alternate shifts and overtime.
Skills &
Qualification:
Previous support experience on plant floors. Experience with mobile devices is preferred.
