Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required froman accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieuof every year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience in working with Linux/Unix environment with excellent SQL skills.
Preferred
· Excellent Hands on experience on Linux, Shell/Perl scripting & C
· Sound hands on experience on working with Opensource database systems like Postgre, OpenDB
· Excellent SQL skills
· Flexibility to work in onsite/offshore model
· Strong communication abilities, with history of providing on-site support to wide range of clients
· Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-orientedenvironments.
· Hands on experience on TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and VPN willbe an added advantage
