Join our team as an OT Network Engineer (IDMZ) and play a pivotal role in advancing industrial and manufacturing technology. This hands-on position leverages your extensive enterprise networking expertise to support and optimize plant-floor and operational technology environments. If you’re passionate about integrating industrial systems with enterprise networks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, we’d love to connect with you.

Must-Haves:10+ years of network engineering experience.

Strong OT / industrial / manufacturing networking experience.

Enterprise LAN/WAN networking experience.

Network segmentation and secure network design.

IDMZ architecture and OT cybersecurity concepts.

Routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and network redundancy.

Network monitoring and troubleshooting, including high-availability environments.

Experience supporting plant-floor, automation, and edge-connected systems.

Experience with deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support.

Ability to work with both IT and plant engineering teams.

Strong communication, ownership, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

Manufacturing, industrial, or plant-floor environment experience.

Automation, controls, or industrial systems networking.

Large-scale OT network deployments or plant modernization.

CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or similar networking/security certification.

Experience developing OT network standards, deployment procedures, or architecture guidance.

Experience working with production engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.

Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.

Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.

Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
