Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring an Assembly Seibi Tech for a temporary assignment in Georgetown, KY.

This is a 12‑month contract position. Pay range: $38/hr – $40/hr benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

• Review equipment specifications and design, identify improvements, conduct vendor buyoffs to confirm equipment functions.
• Install equipment, verify safety, quality, and productivity.
• Investigate to determine modification requirements, implement modifications, trial and adjust.
• Lower cost and decrease project time by confirming safety, quality, and productivity at the vendor before installation.
• Minimize adjustment time during vehicle trials by performing quality trials at vendor.
• Oversee installation by vendor and facilitate the kanban process.
• Improve equipment quality and productivity by implementing adjustments identified during online vehicle trials.
• Confirm quality results by secondary methods (Torque check, vacuum profiles, etc.).
• Install, set up and troubleshoot Toyopuc and Allen‑Bradley program controllers.
• Provide training to Maintenance members on newly implemented equipment.
• Share SME knowledge with local NAMC Maintenance and Production members.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

• Strong PLC programming/troubleshooting (Toyopuc, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, or Allen Bradley) – 2 years.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PLCs – 2 years.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical circuits and industrial controls – 2 years.
• 2‑year technical degree or completion of trade school program (EET or Industrial Maintenance Technology) and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Ability to travel up to 50% at times (including international travel).
• Ability to work up to 30% overtime when required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs on occasion.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch on varying surfaces.
• Manual dexterity to operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Good vision and hand‑eye coordination for detailed repairs.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, or confined spaces.
• Stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work long shifts.

• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of industrial robot programming and teaching.
• Knowledge of AGVs/AMRs programming and set‑up.
• Knowledge of safety scanners and programming.
• Knowledge of various industrial controls networking (Ether Net/IP, FLNet, Profi Net, etc.).
• Automotive manufacturing experience.
