As a Nurse Practitioner at Matrix, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and health education.
• Administer and order necessary lab tests.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and caregivers to provide holistic care.
• Deliver services in the comfort of patients' homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.

• Flexibility: Schedule visits based on YOUR availability, with assessments conducted from Sunday to Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM.
• Competitive Pay: Earn based on the number of assessments completed, with potential monthly earnings ranging from $1,800 to $11,500!

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure with prescription authority.
• Board certification in relevant specialties (AANP, AACN, or ANCC).
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• 1 year of NP experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply!
• Valid state driver's license and proof of adequate automobile insurance.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
