The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless business needs dictate otherwise.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store-specific measurements and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately and timely.
• Hanging store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Show appreciation.
• Ensuring a differentiated shopping experience for customers.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces in floors and outdoor lots; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Occasionally lift or reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
