This position preserves the good condition and functionality of the work site, performing a variety of maintenance tasks as directed by management.

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary.
• Perform PM inspections.
• General repair of equipment.
• May be required to work temporarily at field locations maintaining/repairing equipment.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• A minimum of High School Diploma with specialization in industrial or vocational trades.
• 1–2 years of technical school, or on‑the‑job experience preferred.
• Specific exposure to an equipment or maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools for general equipment repair.
• Equipment systems experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Professional oral and written interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to move up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor.
• Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
• Ability to position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces.
• Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc.
• Ability to maintain workloads that may include travel to a variety of states for days or weeks, and daily time frames that could exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
