Position Overview:We're currently hiring TEAM DRIVERS for dedicated round-trip lanes originating out of Georgetown, KY. This position offers great miles, competitive pay, and the opportunity to operate in brand-new trucks. Enjoy a work-life balance with weekends home while still earning top-tier compensation.
What We Offer:- Great Miles: Average between 4,600 - 5,200 miles per week
- Competitive Pay: Base pay of $0.85 CPM
- Quarterly Bonus: $0.03 CPM paid every quarter
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 , paid in 3 installments (1st check, 90 days, 180 days)
- Vacation Pay: $1,750 vacation pay - paid 2x per year
- Health Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match
- Brand New Trucks: 2025 Freightliner Cascadia's with sleeper cabs
- Trailers: 53' Dry Vans
- Home Time: Weekends at home!
- Dedicated Lanes: Consistent, dedicated routes with regular home time
- Team Drivers Only
- Must have valid CDL-A with a clean driving record
- Prefer teams located within 70 miles of Georgetown, KY
- Minimum of 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen
