Shipping Associate

Steelblue BC is hiring a full-time Shipping Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure orders are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped on time, while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Confirm order details, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy

• Apply labels, shipping documents, and tracking information

• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently

• Organize inventory and shipments in designated areas

• Support basic warehouse tasks as needed to meet daily shipping goals

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly workspace

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work at an active pace in a warehouse setting

• Comfort using basic tools and technology (e.g., scanning devices, shipping systems)

• Willingness to learn and follow established processes

• Full‑time schedule with consistent daily shipping priorities

• Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality
