• Process, review, and send invoices to customers
• Review statements of accounts and follow up with customers on any delinquent invoices
• Review and manage billing processing procedures on an ongoing basis, bringing attention to any issues regarding accounting, business procedures, and/or finances
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial close tasks assigned
• Responsible for bi‑weekly cash disbursements to vendors
• Assist with gathering necessary account information and documents to perform annual audits
• Assist with processing weekly payroll in Paycor
• Other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager

• 0 to 5 years’ experience in accounting, financial, analytical, or auditing fields
• Strong analytical, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with customers, company executives, operational staff, sales staff, and co‑workers
• Skilled at establishing and working collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and experience with software systems
• Associate’s degree in finance, accounting, or related area required
• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related area preferred
• Experience with Epicor, Paycor and manufacturing a plus

• $67,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience
