About the Position
Doctor of Medicine | Pathology
Location: Georgetown, SC Employer: Curative Pay: $300 to $315 per hour Start Date: ASAP
Focus on surgical pathology and cytology during a consistent weekday assignment with no autopsy responsibilities and a broad anatomic pathology case mix.
Highlights- No autopsies
- Monday through Friday coverage
- Anatomic pathology only
- Leave-of-absence coverage
- Gross and microscopic evaluation of biopsy and surgical specimens
- Cytology including Pap smears, FNAs, and body fluids
- Frozen section interpretation
- Bone marrow and lymph node evaluation experience preferred
- Full-time weekday coverage
- Daytime shifts
- One-hour lunch period
- No call requirements specified
- Must be an MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology
- Active state medical license required
- BLS and DEA required
- Lodging is covered within established limits
- Rental car and mileage are covered
- Airfare is not provided
