School Psychologist Position

School Psychologist – Virtual Bilingual (Preschool) Position Type:
Full-Time, Grade Level: Preschool / Early Childhood. Language Requirement:
Bilingual (English/Spanish required).

We are seeking a School Psychologist to provide virtual psychological services to preschool‑aged students. This role may be fully virtual or hybrid, depending on the district.

Locations & Format
  • Preschool / Early Childhood – Virtual; districts in Barnstable County, MA and Gonzales County, TX.
  • Hybrid – Georgetown, SC area. Requires a minimum of 3 days in person.
  • In‑person – Glendale Heights, IL.
  • Remote – Nationwide.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour. (Some listings specify $50.00 – $60.00 per hour.)
  • Sign‑on Bonus:
    Up to $2,500.
  • Potential Placement/Completion Bonus:
    Up to $7,500.
  • Monthly Pay: $2,547.66 – $2,699.12 (for Glendale Heights position).
  • Benefits:
    Housing and M&IE stipends converted to an hourly rate on a 35‑40 hour work week.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree or higher in School Psychology
    .
  • Colorado Department of Education License with an endorsement as a School Psychologist (required for Colorado listings); valid Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certificate and Arizona Department of Public Safety clearance for Arizona listings.
  • Three years of experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Reports to:

    Director of Exceptional Student Services or equivalent.
  • Responsibilities
    • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and social‑emotional needs.
    • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other service plans.
    • Deliver psycho‑educational evaluations to students nationwide (remote roles).
    • Maintain strong, collaborative client relationships and participate in mentorship programs.
    • Other duties as assigned to support the educational team.
