Plant Manager - Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 150k/year - Georgetown, SC

• Our client is a plastics manufacturer in the porch, outdoor & garage door screening industry. The company specializes in profile extrusion while utilizing various recycled fibers and materials to assist with stability of the product.
• The team is seeking a Plant Manager who will have complete oversight of facility operations including: production, logistics, safety, quality, material planning, team development, and shipping.

• Drive operation excellence while supporting the team with new growth initiatives
• Assist with bridging the gap between R&D and manufacturing for new product lines
• Production planning and scheduling
• Inventory management
• Develop and maintain quality control system
• Participate in new product development and new product lines to launch into market
• Establish company metrics and production goals
• Maintain OSHA and other regulatory guidelines
• Assist with growth of team - hiring, training, continuous development

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years experience in plastics profile extrusion
• Robust background in plastics extrusion is required
• Plus for coming from window, door, garage door, or similar industry
• Complete understanding of running a manufacturing plant: production planning/scheduling, material planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping, etc
• Familiarity with six sigma principles

• Our client is offering a base salary up to 150k/year along with a comprehensive benefits package. The team will also assist with relocation assistance to get to the greater Georgetown, SC area.
