Per diem Registered Nurse

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in Georgetown is responsible for providing high‑quality member care as needed. This individual works with the day‑center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well‑being of members at our day center. This is a PRN, Monday‑Friday role in Georgetown, South Carolina.

• Provide member care, including administering medications and nursing treatments to those with MD orders.
• Monitor members’ health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator.
• Educate members about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date member records and creating and implementing care plans upon enrollment when needed.

• Valid and current registered nursing license in South Carolina in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities, or in a community setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo any required background checks and drug screenings.

As a PRN Registered Nurse at Elite Day Center, you will receive a competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.

Schedule:

As needed, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
