The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates us from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of educational background.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between store locations often required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle birds/poultry safely.
• Complete training successfully.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate vehicles.
• Move throughout the store efficiently.
