Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to play a key role in financial operations, reporting, and process improvement across their organization. This is an exciting position that will work closely with finance leadership to ensure accuracy in accounting records, compliance with GAAP, and continuous enhancement of systems and procedures.

• Lead core accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks
• Manage daily cash operations, bank reporting, and short-term cash forecasting
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations such as accruals, prepaids, leases, and balance sheet accounts
• Support tax and compliance initiatives including filings, renewals, and state registrations
• Assist with annual audits and prepare required documentation for external partners
• Contribute to policy and process development to strengthen internal controls
• Drive improvements in accounting systems and workflows across general ledger, AP, and AR
• Participate in multi-entity consolidations using third-party tools
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance reporting accuracy and operational transparency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or multi‑site environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience interpreting and applying accounting standards
• Proficiency in large‑scale ERP systems
• Proven ability to support month‑end close, audits, and compliance efforts
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability with a continuous improvement mindset
