As a Master Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests' vehicles are in top shape. If you have a knack for diagnosing issues and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
• Expand your expertise across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Master L1 Technician preferred or A-level Tech.
• ASE Certifications are a plus, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
