Dental Office Manager
Base pay range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
OverviewIn this role, you'll support our mission of "Smiles For Everyone" by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.
Schedule5 days a week.
Responsibilities- Oversee patient scheduling, manage collections and receivables, obtain supplies, and navigate other operational expenses.
- Monitor staff productivity and support the team where necessary.
- Manage staff training on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties, and compliance.
- At least one year of experience as an office manager in a dental office.
- Experience leading a team.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
