A busy, growing dental practice in Central Texas, (Copperas Cove & Killeen), 45-50 minutes away from Austin metropolitan area is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join the team starting February.

• Established patient base – practice is currently very busy
• Over 110 new patients in October, 91 new patients in November and 93 new patients on October, plus a strong active patient base
• Lead dentist is fully booked, current part time dentist (works 2 days a week) is also fully booked
• Walk into a full schedule from day one
• This practice is a 12 operatory PPO/FFS practice with good patient flow
• This is a 2 full time dentist practice with 3 hygienist, 6 RDAs, and 3 front office team members
• 4.9 google starts over 1000 reviews
• Mostly adult patient base, though we do see some pediatric patients
• CBCT for 3D imaging for implant treatment planning
• Intraoral Scanner
• Intraoral cameras
• We believe in transparency and honesty, so you have full access to financial/production reports in software (Dentrix)

• Daily Guarantee: $750-900/day for the first 5 months (Based on experience)
• Collection-Based Pay: 30-33% of collections (lab fees apply) (Based on experience)
• Insurance Mix: PPO, FFS, NO Medicaid, NO HMO
