NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is looking for a friendly and organized Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team in Georgetown, TX! Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front office experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the orthodontic treatment calendar efficiently
- Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
- Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and treatment plan financial arrangements
- Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in practice management software
- Coordinate new patient consultations and follow up on pending treatment starts
- Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic front desk role preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dolphin, Dentrix, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
