Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

• Conduct new patient consultations and present customized treatment plans with clarity and enthusiasm
• Educate patients and families on orthodontic treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements
• Coordinate scheduling for records, exams, and follow-up appointments
• Manage patient accounts, insurance verification, and financial agreements
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within practice management software
• Collaborate closely with orthodontists and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Follow up with prospective patients to support case acceptance and practice growth

• Previous experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or a healthcare treatment coordinator role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to present treatment plans and financial options confidently and compassionately
• Familiarity with dental/orthodontic practice management software (Dolphin, Orthotrac, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and payment plan coordination
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
