Overview

Seeking BE/BC OBGYNs to join current team of 3. The organization serves the primary and behavioral health care needs of all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay and annually provides more than 355,000 visits to 94,000 unique patients.

• M-F, 8-5
• 50/50 clinic/admin role - over 3 OB sites and 1 women's health clinic
• No weekends
• Hospitals have robotics
• Typically more OB than Gyn (60/40 split)
• Limited call (first call to RNs)
• No inpatient, deliveries or newborn rounding
• OB clinics have 2 nurses along with 1 to 1.5 provider to MA ratio, front desk staff, OB scheduler
• In office procedures: sonogram, IVs, pap smears, colposcopy, no LEEP in office
• 11 OBs and 1 WHNP on staff, looking to add 3 OBs and 1 WHNP to the group

Includes 50/50 clinic/admin responsibilities across multiple OB sites and a 2-year salaried contract, after which compensation typically switches to RVU (earlier RVU available if desired).
