Position Details:

* Clinical Focus

* Primary:
General Adult Inpatient Psychiatry with a more acute adult population

* Additional:
Adolescent Inpatient Unit (as needed)

* Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 1 weekend/month | 2 holidays/year

* Employment Model:
Employed or 1099

* Facility: 72-bed inpatient hospital with PHP/IOP programs

* Caseload:
Manageable volumes supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

* Programs on Site:
Adult acute behavioral health, dual-diagnosis, adolescent inpatient services, PHP/IOP

The hospital provides inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and dual diagnosis services, utilizing therapies such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused counseling. With a dedicated team of psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses, the facility ensures a safe, structured environment for stabilization and recovery.
