What You Will Be Doing- Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-driven reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
- Leverage storytelling and interactive teaching methods to accelerate student progress 5-10x beyond conventional milestones
- Monitor learner advancement and adjust instructional sessions on the fly to address each cohort's unique needs
- Provide individualized and small-group coaching to generate measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing platforms
- Willing to work on-site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
- Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to K‑2 students
- Experience working with gifted or high‑performing children in specialized programs
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and student performance data
- Compelling classroom presence with ability to engage young learners through voice, storytelling, and energy
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
