• Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-driven reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
• Leverage storytelling and interactive teaching methods to accelerate student progress 5-10x beyond conventional milestones
• Monitor learner advancement and adjust instructional sessions on the fly to address each cohort's unique needs
• Provide individualized and small-group coaching to generate measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing platforms

• Willing to work on-site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
• Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to K‑2 students
• Experience working with gifted or high‑performing children in specialized programs
• Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and student performance data
• Compelling classroom presence with ability to engage young learners through voice, storytelling, and energy
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
