The Sr. Automation Engineer works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. They develop and maintain robust automation scripts, ensure the seamless integration of systems, and support deployments across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
  • Design scalable automation solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop and implement seamless system integrations and robust automation scripts.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, designing optimized solutions.
  • Perform rigorous testing and validation of automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues post-deployment to ensure minimal downtime.

Skills and Experience Sought:

  • Proficiency in system administration, networking, virtualization, and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting tools like Ping, Trace route, Wireshark, and Net Flow.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Preferred certifications include CompTIA Network+, MCSA, VCP, and CCNA.
