We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the cross‑functional execution of new product introductions from concept through full production. - Define and manage Cel Link’s phase‑gate product development process across assigned programs.
- Lead integrated teams spanning Applications, Design, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development.
- Build and maintain master schedules, track risks and dependencies, and ensure programs meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and production signals for Supply Chain and Operations.
- Monitor key KPIs, escalates critical issues early, and recommend data‑driven actions to keep programs on course.
- Oversee design validation, testing, and production trials; coordinate PPAP/FAI documentation and lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/Quality systems, safety, and ethical policies. Set the tone for teamwork, discipline, and excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of hands‑on engineering or operations experience in manufacturing.
- 5+ years managing complex, multi‑disciplinary programs in high‑tech, automotive, or similar industries.
- Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and disciplined change control.
- Proven success launching new products to production (hitting targets for yield, quality, and cost).
- Background in EV systems (high‑voltage battery modules, interconnects, or power distribution).
- Familiarity with APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP/FAI, and other automotive‑grade quality systems.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers, integrators, and partners.
- Excellent communicator, able to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams.
Travel up to 20% to Cel Link sites, vendors, integrators, and customer locations as needed.
