You will own metrology, failure analysis, RCCA, and quality metrics across servers, racks, and data-center hardware, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
You will mentor engineers, partner with Manufacturing, Test Eng, and Product Eng, and guide product ramps and capacity expansion from a quality perspective.
