Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) is seeking highly motivated students and recent graduates to join our Early Career Program in Georgetown, Texas. This opportunity is designed to build a talent pipeline across several key functions supporting the development, manufacturing, and delivery of innovative aerospace and defense solutions.

Our Team

Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) designs and manufactures innovative interconnect, electronics, and system solutions for aerospace, defense, space, and industrial applications. Through our Early Career Program, team members gain hands‑on experience, meaningful responsibility, and development opportunities while working alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to creating long‑term value for customers and society.

What You Will Do

Support projects that create value for customers and the business.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, product management, and commercial teams.

Analyze information, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Present recommendations and project outcomes to business leaders.

Participate in professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities.

Gain real‑world experience in a fast‑paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Enrolled in a Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Procurement, Production/Operations, Information Sciences Technology, or Industrial Engineering degree or alternative program. (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2029
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

• Previous internship, co‑op, project, research, or relevant work experience.
• Experience using analytical, technical, or engineering tools related to your area of study.
• Interest in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, technology, or product development.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn and create value.
