Caring Senior Service is currently recruiting reliable, compassionate in-home Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to assist seniors throughout our service area. We have openings across all schedules
, including morning, daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
.

We support a culturally diverse client base and are especially interested in Arabic-speaking caregivers who can help strengthen communication and comfort for our clients and their families. Caregivers with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory support experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Caregivers are essential to helping seniors remain safe, independent, and supported in their own homes. Whether assisting with daily routines or providing reassurance overnight, your care improves quality of life, reduces safety risks, and gives families peace of mind—at every hour of the day.

• Offering companionship, supervision, and emotional support

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks

• Transportation assistance and errands as needed

• Providing memory support care
  , including redirection, routine guidance, and calm reassurance for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s

• Observing safety concerns and responding appropriately to client needs

• Flexible Scheduling: Shifts available mornings, days, evenings, nights, overnights, and weekends

• Employment Options: Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available

• Pay Rate: $15–$17 per hour

• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (training considered for the right candidate)

• Arabic language skills strongly preferred

• Experience supporting individuals with memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate work ethic
