As a Mental Health Counselor, you'll play a pivotal role in providing counseling services, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical records. • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in Texas
• Proven experience in counseling diverse clientele
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Expertise in Integrative, Client‑Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for in‑office work at least 80% of the time during prime hours
