Immediate need for a warm companion caregiver with dementia experience. 1-5pm shifts 3 times a week (preferably MWF). Focus will be on companionship, enrichment, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation.

Responsibilities include:

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and outings

• Ambulation and mobility support
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Following care plans and documenting services accurately

• Reliable transportation
