As an Assurance Director, you will:

• Serve as a key member of the firm's leadership team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• Significant Assurance leadership experience
• Proven success managing complex client engagements
• Strong technical accounting expertise with a focus on financial statement audits and reviews for privately held companies
• Demonstrated experience developing and mentoring leaders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
